Terms

Email a lesson, get a coloring page. These are the rules for that service: what you may send, what you may print, and what happens if the drawing is a little lopsided.

Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Zelek Tech, operating Church Coloring Page at churchcoloringpage.com. If you email the drawing address, create an account, or print a page we sent you, you are agreeing to them. If you do not, do not use the service.

Privacy is in the Privacy policy. It is part of these terms.

The service

Church Coloring Page draws printable black-and-white Sunday school coloring pages from email. You send a description, a lesson file, or a photo. We send back a PDF and a PNG. Reply to revise. Guests get 3 free generations to test things out without an account. A Free account is 4 generations each month, ongoing. Plus and Church add more.

The drawings are made by software. They are not a pastor, a theologian, or a substitute for your own judgment about what a class should color. Scenes may be imperfect, simplified, or not quite the story you had in mind. Reply if you want a change.

We may refuse, delay, or rate-limit a request when the queue is full, the content is unsafe, or the plan’s limits are reached.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13. Accounts are for adults. Children color the pages; adults send the mail. If you use Church Coloring Page for a church, school, or household, you are responsible for the people who send from the addresses and domains on your account.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for mail sent from addresses you add, and from a church domain you verify on the Church plan. Delete extra senders you no longer want on the plan. We may suspend an account that is abused or that we cannot bill.

What you send

You keep whatever rights you already have in the emails and files you send. You give us a license to store them, read them, send them through the models that draw the page, email the result back, and show it in your library. On the Free plan that license also lets us keep the drawing and the request, display selected drawings on the public homepage, and show a short cleaned-up line of what was asked for. Plus and Church pages stay off the homepage; we only use those to provide the service to you.

Send only what you have the right to send. Do not attach other people’s private files, photos of children you are not allowed to share, or material you do not have permission to copy. You are responsible for the content of the mail.

Acceptable use

Church Coloring Page draws coloring pages. Do not send mail that is:

Scripture is welcome as asked, including the parts that are violent, grim, or otherwise un-PC. We may refuse a sexual or nude request without drawing it. Do not hammer the inbox, spoof addresses, probe the service, or delete and recreate accounts to reset generation limits.

The drawings

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to print, copy, and share the coloring pages we send you for family, classroom, church, and other non-commercial educational use. That is the point.

You may not:

Bible stories are not ours to copyright. The Church Coloring Page name, mark, site, and software are. Generated pages can resemble other drawings; we do not warrant that a page is unique or error-free.

Plans and billing

Prices are in US dollars. Cancel anytime from the plan page. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund time already paid, except where the law says we must. You keep the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Switching to a higher plan takes effect as soon as payment succeeds. Switching to a lower plan waits until the period you already paid for ends. Clerk and Stripe handle the card. If a payment fails we may move the account back to Free.

Plan limits, paper size, and how many photos we look at can change as we run the service. We will not silently take away a paid feature you are currently billed for without a chance to cancel.

Retention

Guest and Free libraries expire after 7 days. On Free we may keep the drawing and the request for the homepage. Plus pages last a year. Church pages stay until you delete the account. Expired library files are deleted from your account. Print what you want to keep.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted mail, a perfect drawing, or that a page will match a particular lesson, denomination, or age group. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost lessons, lost print time, or a class that had to color something else. Our total liability for a claim is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or ten dollars if you have not paid us.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as they lawfully can.

Ending it

You can stop anytime: stop emailing, cancel a paid plan, delete the account. We can stop serving an address or an account that breaks these terms, or shut the service down. If we close Church Coloring Page we will try to give a little notice on the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If a court finds a piece unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material and you have an account, we will try to say so by email or on the site. Keep using the service after that and the new terms apply.
