Privacy
You mail us a lesson. We draw a coloring page. This page says what we keep, what we don’t, and how to ask us to forget it.

Who we are
Church Coloring Page is the Sunday-school coloring page service at churchcoloringpage.com. It is operated by Zelek Tech (“we,” “us”). The drawing inbox is draw@churchcoloringpage.com. Privacy notes go to privacy@churchcoloringpage.com.
What we collect
Mail you send us
To draw a page we need the email you sent. That includes your address, subject, body, attachments (lesson PDFs, Word docs, photos), and the usual mail headers that come with a message. We keep a copy of the raw message while the job is in the library.
What we draw
We store the brief and image prompt we wrote from your mail, the PNG and PDF we send back, and whether the page is a new drawing or a revision. Signed-in accounts can see those files in the library until they expire.
Accounts
If you create an account we keep your email, a Clerk user id, plan, paper size, extra sender addresses you add, and — on Church — a church domain you verify. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. You can sign in with an email link or with Google. We do not see your Google or email password.
Google sign-in
If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google runs the sign-in step and tells Clerk who you are. We receive your Google email address and a Google account id through Clerk. Clerk may also receive your name and profile picture from Google to show in the sign-in flow; we only use your email to run your account. Google may set its own cookies during the redirect. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Standing notes
On Plus and Church we may keep short standing drawing notes extracted from revision emails (for example “never give men long hair”). You can view, edit, and delete them under Settings. They are deleted with the account.
Billing
Paid plans go through Clerk and Stripe. We store which plan you are on. We do not store card numbers. Stripe does.
Guest use
You do not need an account to try it. Guests get 3 free generations to test things out for that inbox. We need to store the sending address so we can email the page back and count those generations.
Logs
We log when an email arrives, when a coloring page finishes, and when someone hits a plan limit. We use that to keep the service running and to fix a job that failed. We do not put advertising or tracking pixels on the public site.
How we use it
- Read what you sent and draw a black-and-white coloring page from it.
- Email the PDF and PNG back, and keep a library copy for the retention on your plan.
- Count pages and revisions against the plan you are on, including after you delete an account and sign up again with the same email.
- Email extra sender addresses a short how-to, and email a confirmation link to verify a church domain.
- On Plus and Church, remember standing drawing notes from revision emails so later pages match how you like them drawn.
- Send transactional mail: the page itself, how-to mail for extra senders, church-domain confirmation links, and billing mail from Clerk.
- Keep the service working, and refuse pornographic requests.
- On the Free plan, keep the coloring page and the text of the request after the library expires, and show drawings we curate on the public homepage with a short cleaned-up summary of what was asked for. We do not publish your email address, the raw message, or photos you attached. Plus and Church pages are not used this way.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your lessons, photos, or prompts to train models.
Who else sees it
We use a short list of processors to run the service:
- Cloudflare — hosting, inbound and outbound email, file storage, and the models that read your brief and draw the page.
- Clerk — sign-in, accounts, and billing checkout.
- Google — optional sign-in with a Google account, when you choose it.
- Stripe — payment processing, through Clerk.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we have to protect the service or someone’s safety. A Church plan domain means people on that domain can send requests that draws on that church’s plan limits; those pages live on that account’s library.
Selected Free-plan drawings may appear on churchcoloringpage.com, next to a short cleaned-up line of the drawing request. The full email stays in our admin review. Paid-plan pages stay in your library.
How long we keep it
Library files (the inbound mail, the PNG, the PDF) follow the plan:
- Guest (signed out): 7 days, then we delete the files.
- Free: library 7 days. We may keep the PNG and the request text so we can choose homepage pages, until you ask us to delete them or we take them down.
- Plus: 1 year.
- Church: until you delete the account, or ask us to delete a page.
Account records last until you delete the account. Billing records stay with Clerk and Stripe as their rules require. After we purge a page we may keep a thin operational log (that a job existed, that it was purged) without the drawing or the lesson file. We also keep a monthly generation count keyed to your email so deleting an account and creating a new one does not reset this month’s Free (or other plan) limits.
Cookies
Signed-in pages use Clerk session cookies so you stay signed in. Those are necessary for the account to work. Sign-in with Google may set cookies on Google’s domains during the redirect; we do not control those. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not currently set analytics cookies. There is no cookie banner because we are not asking to track you across the web.
Children
The coloring pages are for children. The inbox and the accounts are for adults — teachers, parents, and other caregivers who request a page for a class or a kitchen table.
Church Coloring Page is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Please do not create an account for a child under 13. If a child emails the drawing address, we treat it like any guest request and delete the files on the guest schedule. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, write to privacy@churchcoloringpage.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Stop sending mail. We will not draw a new page.
- Edit or delete standing drawing notes under Settings.
- Delete your account from the user menu once you are signed in. That removes our user record and takes your pages off the homepage. A monthly generation count keyed to your email stays, so a new Free account cannot reset this month’s limit.
- Ask us to delete a guest request, a library page, or a curated image by writing to privacy@churchcoloringpage.com from the same address you used.
- Ask for a copy of what we have on that address. We will send what we reasonably can.
If you live in a place with extra privacy rights (including the EEA, UK, or California), you can also object, correct, or ask us to restrict processing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Where it lives
The service runs on Cloudflare. Your mail and drawings may be stored and processed in the United States and in other regions where Cloudflare operates. If you write us from outside the United States, you are sending that information to us there.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page. Keep using the service after that and you are looking at the new version.
Contact
Privacy and deletion notes: privacy@churchcoloringpage.com. That inbox does not draw a coloring page. You can also put “Privacy” as the subject to draw@churchcoloringpage.com and we will treat it the same way.
Drawing pages is covered here. Using the service is covered in the Terms of use.
